The Behaviour Of The Human Psyche
The human psyche involves the inner feelings and the inmost forces in our body that we collectively call as the soul; that also includes the mind and the consciousness. The psyche is responsible for our actions and senses. For each of our movement, actions and reactions to any kind of situations the psyche takes the sole responsibility.
The psyche is considered as the soul or as the spirit. It is the whole cognizance of a human being. The behavior is the actions and reactions for stimuli. This behavior is monitored and disseminated by the psyche.
How does this psyche evolve and grow as we grow?
A newly born baby can identify the mother by looking at her and the people who are with the baby during its growth stages. The baby can detect happenings around it like people eating, objects movement and when people are not nearby. These are all done by the psyche which registers the images of the world around the baby.
The behavior of this psyche is to copy and learn the actions, reactions, emotions, behavior, personality, character and feelings from the mannerisms of people, living beings and other creatures of this world. The psyche copies the mannerism and movements of the world and then performs those.
Whenever we find people around us, without us realizing, certain people’s characters and behavior affects us and has an effect in our psyche. And, our psyche tends to follow them. The behavior of our psyche and our actions are similar to theirs. We notice this change only when we see ourselves in the mirror or when modelling us to others.
The normal behavior of the psyche is to pick up the actions and mannerisms from people we may meet on a certain day or daily and then perform it or try it.
The people we meet — they can be on a daily basis such as our neighbours, study mates or work mates or on a temporary basis such as during travelling or shopping. Their behaviour may attract us. This attraction leads to the following of the same by our psyche.
The next time if we are lighted towards the behaviour of a certain person then our psyche is going to suit up soon and dress us with that same behaviour. For instance if an angry character is our friend then we also tend to follow angry emotions of his. This follow may go on for a period of days, weeks, months or even years.
Thus the psyche evolves in a state of copy-and-learn. Some emotions might affect us, but it is the duty of the psyche to evolve over those emotions and mold our body. The body is a gift for the psyche.
If you think now, you may remember yourselves doing the actions and mannerisms done by some other person, friend or neighbor of yours. The most commonly copied behavior by the psyche is that of the fathers by the son.
